Shipping & Returns

All orders placed on GolfDriver.es are dispatched by us (with insurance) via the DPD parcel service. This logistics provider is fast and reliable, and thanks to the Track & Trace code – which you will receive from us once we have dispatched your parcel – you can easily track your delivery. If you order a product that is in stock on working days before 3.00 pm, it will be dispatched the same day. For deliveries within Spain, you can normally expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days! Dispatch to other EU countries is, of course, also no problem, but often takes a little longer.

_{Delivery to the nearest DPD Parcelhop!}

All orders placed on GolfDriver.es are dispatched by us (with insurance) via the DPD parcel service. This logistics provider is fast, and GolfDriver also offers the option to have your order delivered to a DPD Parcel Shop near you by ticking this option at checkout. You can then choose which DPD Parcel Shop to collect your parcel from. This is handy because you don’t have to wait at home for the DPD courier; you can simply collect it whenever it suits you best. This option is also ideal if your parcel contains a gift or surprise for a housemate. This handy, extra service doesn’t cost you anything extra. But please note: for delivery to a DPD Parcel Shop, a parcel must not exceed 100 x 50 x 50 cm. Otherwise, the parcel may be refused by the Parcel Shop.

At GolfDriver.es, you pay no delivery charges on orders with a value of over €100.00 for delivery within Spain. For smaller orders, the delivery charge for your order within Spain is always €6.95. Please refer to the delivery charges table below for delivery rates to other European countries (EU).

PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries to remote areas, we may, subject to consultation, request an additional contribution towards the postage costs. For example, postage to islands such as Madeira, the Azores and many Scandinavian, Finnish and Greek islands is significantly higher than postage to the mainland.

_{Delivery time}

The delivery time for an order is a minimum of 2 and 6 working days, unless a different delivery time is specifically stated for the product in question. The actual transit time (in the post) within Spain is usually only 2 to 4 working days.

All parcels are automatically sent with insurance, and the Track & Trace system allows you to check the location of your parcel and the status of your delivery at any time. You will always receive an automated email notification from our sales system when the parcel is actually dispatched. DPD will then send you the Track & Trace code for your parcel straight away, so that you can track your parcel and make any necessary changes. If you have still not received anything 6 working days after the dispatch notification, please contact us via customer services.

_{Returning your order}

If you wish to return your order, that’s no problem at GolfDriver.es. Returns are at your own expense, partly because we have often already paid the delivery charges for the ‘outward journey’ of your order. If we have made a mistake or sent the wrong product, we will of course cover the cost of the return. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. Please follow these steps:

- Ensure the product is COMPLETE and is properly repacked in its original packaging.

- Please return EVERYTHING that was supplied with the product you are returning. This includes, for example, any items supplied such as a user manual, charger, batteries, storage covers, gift cards or accessories.

- Products to be returned must be 100% NEW and SHOW NO SIGNS OF USE. Golf clubs must therefore not have been used or tried out. Even if you take just one or a few swings with a golf club, that product can no longer be sold as new.
